What is Hospitality360?

Hospitality360 is a hospitality management platform from The Compendium Company that runs a hotel and the restaurants inside it on one system: point of sale, reservations, guest intelligence, hotel websites with direct booking, a USALI-style accounting ERP and ThinkGrid AI. One guest record, one ledger and one login replace Toast, OpenTable, SevenRooms and M3.

The platform

Everything your property runs on

Strict module boundaries, one unified guest graph underneath. Turn on what you need, when you need it.

Hotel operations

Room inventory, reservations, rate calendars, packages, folios, check-in to check-out, with yield signals that tell you when to raise rates.

POS & restaurant

Tablet and handheld ordering with modifiers, coursing and seat-level splits. Floor maps, server sign-in, station-routed kitchen display.

Guest intelligence

One dossier per guest across hotel, dining and club: preferences, dietary alerts, lifetime spend, visit history, payment profiles.

Accounting ERP

USALI-style double-entry GL, departmental P&L by revenue center, A/R aging, bills & vendors, period close, with a hospitality-native chart of accounts.

Restaurant analytics

Daily flash reports with YoY, server checkouts, comps & voids, cash reconciliation and menu engineering that finds your stars and dogs.

Payments & devices

Take the card at the table on a phone or reader. Each property settles to its own account. Provision your own tablets and handhelds: no leased terminals, no per-device rental.

ThinkGrid AI

VIP handling cues, dietary alerts, anniversary touches, seating optimization, rate signals and lapsed-guest outreach, generated daily.

Hotel websites

A seven-star marketing site with direct booking built in, designed, hosted and wired into the platform by our team.

The host stand knows who just walked in. The order routes itself to the right station. The shift closes with the numbers already in the books. No exports, no re-keying, no second vendor.

One system underneath

Where the two stop being separate

This is the part a restaurant POS and a property-management system can never do for you, because they are two companies with two databases. A guest who dines Friday and checks in Saturday is one record. A dinner charged to a room is one ledger entry. Group results consolidate without an export.

Questions, answered

What is Hospitality360?

Hospitality360 is a hospitality management platform from The Compendium Company that runs a hotel and the restaurants inside it on one system: point of sale, reservations, guest intelligence, hotel websites with direct booking, a USALI-style accounting ERP and ThinkGrid AI. One guest record, one ledger and one login replace Toast, OpenTable, SevenRooms and M3.

What does Hospitality360 replace?

Toast, OpenTable, SevenRooms, M3 accounting and the website agency. One platform, one source of truth, instead of six disconnected systems.

Does it work for both hotels and restaurants?

Yes. Rooms, reservations, rate calendar, housekeeping and concierge run on the same platform as the POS, host stand, seating map and kitchen display. A guest who dines Friday and checks in Saturday is one record, and a dinner charged to a room is one ledger entry.

Is the accounting built in?

Yes. Accounting ERP is a module: a USALI-style double-entry general ledger, departmental P&L by revenue center, A/R aging, bills and vendors, and period close, with a hospitality-native chart of accounts.

Can Hospitality360 build our hotel website?

Yes. Our team designs a luxury marketing site with your photography, gallery, film and specials, and direct booking built in: live availability, seasonal rates, promo codes and instant confirmations, commission-free. Bookings flow into reservations and accounting.

Do we have to lease terminals?

No. You provision your own tablets and handhelds, with no leased terminals and no per-device rental. Take the card at the table on a phone or reader, and each property settles to its own account.

What is ThinkGrid AI?

ThinkGrid is the AI layer. It generates VIP handling cues, dietary alerts, anniversary touches, seating optimization, rate signals and lapsed-guest outreach every day.

What does the GM dashboard show?

The metrics owners actually review: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOPPAR, cost per occupied room, maid minutes and flow-through against last year.

What does Hospitality360 cost?

The software is $0 a month for unlimited staff across every venue you operate, with no card and no trial clock. Card payments cost Stripe’s 2.9% + 30¢ plus our 1% platform fee. ACH bank payments cost Stripe’s 0.8% (capped at $5) plus our 1% (capped at $5). Founding pricing is locked: the rate you start on is the rate you keep, for as long as you stay with us.

How much is the channel manager?

The channel manager is $4 per booking that comes in from a travel site such as Expedia or Booking.com. It’s a flat $4, never a percentage. The travel site still keeps its own commission, as it always does.

Is the POS ready?

The point of sale is in build. We’re building it out now, alongside the reservations, rooms, accounting and guest tools on the same platform.

What is the Founding Operator Program?

The first 250 properties keep a 1% payment rate for life, get their back office set up for them by a person and get a direct line instead of a ticket queue. Places 251 to 1,500 get zero platform fees for 90 days and founding pricing for the first year. Joining the line is free.
